As stated HERE, above is a comparison of where I started, 21 days after, and the final day 30. The last week of the challenge was a bit off because I only exercised three days out of five. However, I am still amazed at the results of going the extra nine days.
In the above picture my abdominal section is starting to have a defined split in the upper-mid area (looking like my first set of packs are on thier way), also my obliques (sides of my stomach) are more indented, toned and defined than before!
This goes to show a little bit of exercise here and there does the stomach well!
Waist measurement: From 30.5 inches to 28 inches. A total 2.5inches off my waist in 30 days! Can you imagine what the results will be in 6 months with consistent exercise?
