Workout To Go: The 100 Workout

We all want it: The best workout with the least amount of time!
Just like almost everyone else, I am always pressed for time. Between work and... well work, I can hardly find the time to workout. I consider my health a top priority and everything else secondary, for this reason, I do the impossible! I wake up at 4:30am to work out before my day begins! I know 4:30am sounds brutal and it is, but for me to keep fit I have no excuses! I'm sorry to burst your bubble but NEITHER DO YOU!

I came prepared, incase you are about to feed me the talk of "no time to hit the gym" here is introducing: The 100 Workout!
This is an all-encompassing workout that is fast, and can be done practically anywhere with no equipment necessary. It will get you sweating and your fat begging for mercy.

I have tried it and it works. I was sore the next day. I am always on the look out for a high pace, fast action circuit workout because its important target is sculpting and maximum fat loss.
Do entire set with 20 seconds intermittent break between each circuit. I normally do two sets; I go through the entire workout once and then again!

The 100 Workout:

100 Jumping Jacks
90 Crunches
80 Squats
70 Leg Lifts
60 Jumping Jacks
50 Crunches
40 Squats
30 Leg Lifts
20 Jumping Jacks
Run for 10 minutes

Remember to warm-up before begining  and stretch after any workout. Also keep hydrated and breathe!

  2. Love this! My legs are BURNING but i love it. I am going to add this to my routine twice a week to start. This is much more challenging than it seemed when reading about it. Cant wait to start seeing the results!
