Hello my darlings! Hope your weekend was great? I have to say summer time is when I gain the most lbs! Though I workout consistently through the year, I gain at least 8-10lbs during summer. It's the constant cookout/barbeques, pool parties, deserts (yum), travel, restaurant chat up etc. It's just so hard to resist! I am my fitest during winter because socializng reduces a bit; all I want to do is keep warm therefore, i'm either at the gym or home under my comforter reading a book. What do you enjoy doing in the summertime?
